At Cirkitrex Repair, we are committed to providing high-quality refurbished audio electronics and ensuring that our products are accurately described before purchase. All equipment passes a multi-point bench test prior to shipment. Our prices are competitive, but what you get is as close to new as you can when buying used.
No Refunds or Returns
All sales of audio electronics are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products purchased from us, except where required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, compatibility, features, dimensions, and other relevant information before completing a purchase.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not function as described, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.
IMPORTANT!
The buyer is responsible for testing the equipment’s functionality within 14 days of it being delivered!
We may request:
- Proof of purchase
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Product serial number
- Packaging and shipping information
- Additional information needed to diagnose the problem
If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, we may, at our discretion and where permitted by law, provide a repair, replacement, or other appropriate remedy.
Warranty Claims
Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty will be handled in accordance with the applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions. Warranty coverage does not automatically constitute a right to a refund or return.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by improper use may not be covered.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, compatibility issues, or other non-defect-related reasons.
Final Sale
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the sale is final, subject to any rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
